1- Hot Chocolate

Ingredients :
Half cup of ginger.
Two cups of water.
A quarter cup of sugar.

How to prepare :
Gently peel the ginger and cut into thin slices.
Place the ginger in a saucepan, cover with water, and leave to boil over medium heat.
Heat the heat, add the sugar to the mixture and stir until the sugar is completely dissolved in the mixture.
Remove the pot from the fire, let it cool completely, and then pour the drink into cups and serve.

How to prepare :
Squeeze the orange seeds in the juice, and take care to remove the seeds and the pulp, then pour the juice in a deep bowl.
Add the ginger to the jug, then mix well, and add lemon juice, taking into account the removal of the seeds completely.
Add the sugar and water to the jug and mix constantly until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Leave the mixture in the refrigerator for two hours, then pour it in a strainer over another bowl until we get rid of any pieces.
Put the ice cubes in two cups, pour the orange juice and then cool.

Advices: Fresh ginger can remain for several weeks in the refrigerator, however, avoid putting it in the vegetable drawer, because the moisture that prevails is likely to make it rot. Dried ginger is kept in an airtight container in a cool, protected area of ​​light. Ginger can be frozen in a closed pot until cooked, but used as it is without melting ice.

It is a popular cold drink for many people who are often known for their fast food restaurants. The milkshake has many flavors, which can be prepared from strawberries, chocolate or milk, with the addition of both sugar and vanilla-flavored ice cream.

Ingredients:
Half a liter of liquid milk
